Wait, Wait, Wait! Picture this..

Woke up - Rise and shine! Nothing beats a good morning run before work, wouldn’t you say? Especially in Malta! During the summer months, the average sea temperature here is 26%, so be sure to bring your swimwear!

07:30am – Arrived at our superb offices in Pieta and went straight to take a shower.

09:00am – PENTHOUSE KITCHEN IS OPEN! You went to the top floor and chose your fresh breakfast made by our Chef and Assistant Chef’s. Went straight outside in the terrace, looked at the view and enjoyed your breakfast with your colleagues.

Till you’re hungry again - As a key employee of the Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact with our players through live chat, email, and phone calls. All aspects of this role are customer-centric and focused on delivering the best possible experience. Your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Greet and communicate with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to customers regarding their queries and inform them about promotions and deals on site
  • Identify and support players in difficulties they might encounter
  • Enable our players with quality solutions in a timely, personal and professional manner that exceeds the customers’ expectations
  • Provide explanations to customers about products/site/policies
  • Keep up to date with new information/policies
  • Build a trusting relationship through accurate answers and a positive vibe
  • Understand, guide, and support players in Responsible Gambling 
  • Collaborate with our Fraud and payments team in customer queries
  • Understand AML and report any suspicious activity
  • Update customer account/details with necessary information when needed

Lunch time – After you chose and ate your lunch from our Penthouse Kitchen, John challenged you for a ping pong match! However, you already had plans with Heidi for a table soccer match.

Heidi is new, but it will be very easy for her to settle in. She gets to know everything there is to know about the job, right here! 17:30pm – Work done! You joined your colleagues for some drinks at a beach club which is 10 minutes away from work!
